Refund policy
We use a print-on-demand company for our apparel items, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, they offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us using the providing a clear photo showing the issue and we will get it taken care of for you.
We have a strict no returns and no refunds policy on food items. Our dehydrated sourdough starter is made and packaged by us directly and is shipped from Michigan. Returns, refunds, and/or exchanges will not be accepted for this item. If your package of starter arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the damage and we will do our best to make the situation right. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to user error.
